Every woman who comes to Road to Hope has a story. Some arrive feeling alone. Some are facing homelessness. Some have never experienced the support of a healthy family. All are carrying the weight of an uncertain future.

For more than 25 years, Road to Hope has helped women discover hope, healing, and purpose. Now we are preparing to bring that same life-changing ministry to Salem.
Why Salem
As we prayerfully considered the growing number of women in need of safe, stable housing and support, the Salem area emerged as a place where calling and opportunity clearly aligned. The timing reflects God's provision and the doors He has opened.
Across the Mid-Willamette Valley, too many pregnant women face housing instability, limited support systems, and uncertain futures. No woman should have to navigate pregnancy and motherhood without a safe place to turn.
Expanding to Salem allows Road to Hope to respond to this need while remaining rooted in the work already happening at our Beaverton campus. By extending our Christ-centered ministry to Salem, more women and children will have the opportunity to experience hope, stability, compassionate support, and the love of Christ.
This next step reflects God's timing, extending nearly three decades of Christ-centered care to more mothers and children who need hope.
A Community Unlike Any Other
The Salem campus is located within a retirement community, creating a unique opportunity for generations to share life together.
As mothers begin building a new future for themselves and their children, they will be surrounded by caring neighbors who can offer encouragement, support, and the kind of wisdom that comes from a lifetime of experience. Sometimes it is the smallest moments that leave the greatest impact. A warm smile, a conversation over coffee, reading a book with a child, or celebrating life's milestones together can remind a mother that she is seen, valued, and never alone.
At the same time, retirement community residents have the opportunity to invest in the lives of young families, share Christ's love in meaningful ways, and witness hope taking root in the next generation.
